Helpful Was diverted to Dulles on a flight and Hotels.com & Extended Stay America were extremely helpful in finding me a room. Staff were helpful and the place was clean.

There were no face and one hand towels in the room. The one hand towel had makeup stains on it.

Not Great The was decent but the kitchen was in horrible shape. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The fridge door had some type of disgusting stain all over it, I could not even touch it. Stove was in the same shape. not clean at all. Also was only given 1 towel when they knew I booked a room for 2 people. Annoying to have to call the front desk for more when it should be supplied.

Weed & parrots The staff was friendly & got me checked in quickly. The hallway smelled heavily of pot & I heard a parrot in one room as I walked by?? I guess they were for a very extended stay. Room was not too bad, just too close to the airport, I could hear airplane taking off every once in a while.
