THE HYDRAULICS ON MOST DOORS WERE BROKEN WHICH RESULTED IN BANGING DOORS ALL NIGHT.DIRTY ALL OVER.TOE NAIL CLIPPINGS IN BATHROOM AND HAIR ALL OVER SHOWER AND OUTSIDE OF FRIDGE SPLATTERED WITH GREASE...ALTHOUGH THE INSIDE WAS FAIRLY CLEAN.STAFF NOT AVAILABLE.SPENT 20 MIN JUST STANDING AT DESK.I CALLED FROM INSIDE THE LOBBY AND PHONE JUST RANG...TV DID NOT WORK FOR 2 DAYS.THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY TECH.ASK FOR DISCOUNT WHEN THE TV DIDNT WORK...NOTHING...OXYGEN BOTTLES IN HALLWAY. Room was dirty with broken equipment. I canceled and got a refund
Checked in last minute a lot of guys hanging around the hotel late at night
Traveling from PA for a wedding booked rooms month advance once arrived rooms were not ready Elevator not working no rooms available on 1 flr staff rude felt like a homeless shelter Inconvenience not booking ever again with the them.

This hotel is like one star and it is not worth the price. The bathroom water was not shutting off completely. The room was smelly, the front desk was not available and took long to check in. Breakfast is not really full breakfast. The windows don’t lock, the fridge makes a lot of noise. The quality is very low and overpriced.

Awful experience, the elevator was not working and they gave us the top floor despite us having two family members who could not go up the stairs due to health issues. Disappointed with Expedia as well to not help us get a refund because they “can’t get through” to the property… further homage to extended of not being helpful at all to their customers. The property was clean and I got bedbugs in my room and 333. I woke up every morning with new bites all over my body.
