Lacking the professionalism of the Extended Stay that I was previously accustomed to traveling around the US. I used to promote ES to colleagues because it was consistently excellent. My 2 star rating is out of kindness, because people to try to work hard. The front desk reception were not rude but they just did not have the professionalism for guest reception. There were bugs in the A/C unit when I opened it to turn it on. There was a dead bug on the desk. There was a dead bug on the bathroom counter. The staff was MIA for 20 minutes before coming to get me checked it.

My room smelled like smoke, there were holes in the walls, my key card randomly quit working, the window was cracked, the clock was set for the wrong time. The bed was made nicely, the room looked neat/clean.
