Front desk staff weren't welcoming. The hallway smelled bad, I guess because some guests had their pet in their rooms.

We changed our room twice because There were cockroaches in our room.

We had to wait almost 30 minutes to do the check-in until one of the clients went to look for the person who was in charge, who apparently was outside in the park.

no record of reservation I arrived at 10 pm from the airport and the person behind the front desk had no record of my reservation. She had no suggestions for me but did say she had a room still available. She charged me for a night's stay but said I had to contact Hotels.com to settle.

Bed was comfy, hvac worked well, quiet neighborhood but conveniently adjacent to a main thoroughfare. A bag of Trash in the parking area near the entrance was left there the entire time, no one seemed to care. Personnel were a little off-putting and unprofessional.
