Help needed!! Extended stay, had a few flaws early. Understaff, with a few customer complaints during my check in. Once in the room, it was clean. I booked for four people. I had one wash cloth, one towel, one face cloth, and one shower floor towel/mat. No remote, and had to stand, and wait for a half hour to receive two more towels, and a wash cloth. Remote final was given to me, after a half jour wait. It didn't work the tv. The side/ back doors card reader, didn't work, so had to keep walking around to get in, from my car... read more

The room smelled like smoke upon arrival. The beds were hard & you need an instruction manual just to turn on the shower. On the plus side we weren't expecting a kitchen for the price paid so that was good.

No Extended Stay The bed is as very uncomfortable. Both bathroom and bed linen was stained and worn looking. Will never stay here again. It didn’t have an stinch in the common area too much like Linthicum location but not desirable. The front desk clerk was pleasant!
