My room was never clean during my say, no one came to make the bed or empty the trash. I was their four days. I did not have a broom to clean the floor which was dirty after two days.

3月のレストンでエアコンの故障した部屋をあてがわれるとは思いませんでした 到着初日、エアコンが動かなかったためフロントに問い合わせたところ「明日直す」という回答。部屋を変えて欲しいと希望しましたが「予約システムの都合でそれはできない」と断られました。 幸いその晩は比較的暖かく、毛布を重ねてしのげました。 この価格帯のホテル、3月のレストンでエアコンのない部屋に泊められるとは思いませんでした。部屋を変えられないのはホテル側のシステムのためか、担当者が面倒くさがっただけなのかは分かりませんが、総合評価は「1」とさせて頂きます。(本当は0を付けたいくらいです)

Few to no amenities Other long-stay hotels in the area that have many more amenities and are a lot less costly.

Shady and old (at best) NO ELEVATOR - Have fun lugging your luggage up the stairs. Nobody there to help. Also, I had my expedia confirmation email with me and they said they had no record of the reservation. It was a big mess trying to get my room and the rate from expedia. Not to mention security was bad and lots of shady folks hanging around the ground. You enter your room from the outside like the motels of the 1950's/60's. Cleaning person never came in to clean the room once while I was there. Guess they don't provide ... read more

Hotel sale Hotel sale, aucun ménage n'a été fait en 1 semaine. Les cartes sont systématiquement démagnétisées chaque soir.

Check in nightmare When I checked in first room given to me was not cleaned from previous guest.

Awful room, parking lot and front desk service The place was more like a motel with bad services. Unfortunately, we checked in... before we saw our room. When we saw it, we wanted to cancel our reservations and go stay somewhere else. When Hotels.com contacted them to request a cancellation and refund, Nelson said the manager wouldn't be in until Monday and he couldn't do anything to help us.
