Room appeared to be clean however smelled like smoke, missing ironing board and mold in the tub, shower curtain and doors to the lower cupboards in the kitchen area.

Drunk Staff on First Night Hotel is modest in price. Room had a kitchenette, without any dishes or utensils. Hence the "extended stay" name. No maid service during the day. Same towels for the duration. Not exactly dirty, but minimal. Breakfast was promised, but that turned out to be coffee and trail bars at 6 AM. On our first morning, I went looking for the breakfast at 6 and found one of the staff drunk and asleep in the garden, the other shaking him to wake him. Kitchen in the room? Technically, yes... however.. This hotel is advertised as having a mini-kitchen in the unit, which I suppose is technically true - however, given that there were no plates or utensils or even a coffee maker in the unit, it wasn't very useful as such. When I inquired at the front desk about this, they had no remaining kitchen equipment clean that day. Between that and the really uncomfortable mattresses, we checked out a day early.

The entire room was Dirty. Carpet was soaken wet.

Scary Hotel This hotel is not for business travelers. There is trash 3ft high outside of most of the doors. The rooms have obviously been smoked in and smell terrible. The clientele is not your business travelers. There is noise all night long outside. Motel doors open to the outside. Beds are so old the mattress was lumpy. Police were arresting someone at the back end of the parking lot.

Meh-tastic It wasn't _bad_, per se, but it wasn't great either. Decor is dated, saw a cockroach on the bed, found spilled snack mix in the corner from a previous guest, shower curtain had mold on it, a tissue was stuffed into a hole in an access panel on the ceiling, things you'd need for an extended stay (like silverware, cups) are extra, and maid service only comes once a week.
