Dirty We only stayed four hours as we were uncomfortable. Found hairs in the towels and sheets. Towels were horribly nasty. Bathroom old, toilet didn't flush well. I was called the next day and asked to pay again for the room as if it wasn't paid for.

Not my favorite hotel stay I was told, "since you are staying three days, we won't be coming in to do room service. Just let us know if you would like a new towel or sheets." There was a twin sized mattress on the queen sized pull out bed from the couch. There were NO utensils, bowls, soap or anything in the kitchenette. The "breakfast" had about 5 granola bars in the breakfast baskets, even if you got there early. They just didn't set out food. Good location, nasty room Room was dirty, had horrible smell, comforter smelled like urine, AC was stuck on full blast. They tried to cover it up with way too much air freshener.

Most polluted hotel rooms I've allergies from smoke, dust, pollen etc.. When triggered, I develop an infection which becomes an asthma attack. The first night I felt the room in first floor was not right, air condition was cranked so high, near freezing level. I asked to check out first morning but the hotel told me the fees won't be refunded. Guess what the hotel manager said when I then asked them to clean the room, the manager replied that I should read the policy since cleaning is once a week. I then went to CVS pharmacy... read more

Stench in rooms w/ dirty curtains & filthy carpets The staff is friendly. But as I walked into the room I got this stench. The carpet really stinks and seems like A/C coolant might have leaked into the carpet. The curtains have not been cleaned in ages and are sticky. I had to ask twice for utensils and finally I went there and picked it up. Everyday evening I had to go and ask for air freshener. The guy would come and spray it but would not leave it in the room. Too much heat and too many bugs My first room had a broken A/C and it was about 95 degrees in the room. I requested another room, which they were willing to do. Unfortunately the second room had about 20 large flies and other insects infesting the room. So they gave me a third room which was okay.

Great staff but can't make up for tired hotel A hotel abused by those that stay there! Great staff though really make a difference!
