Trash cans in the courtyard area were overflowing with trash. Breakfast practically non-existant. Had to ask for refill of oatmeal packs, muffins and granola bars. When they did refill they only brought a few of each. I checked out at 9:10 and noticed breakfast was closed. It is supposed to be open till 9:30. It snowed the night before, then frigid temps. Salt was put on the sidewalk but none on the parking lot. Very slippery to get to my car.

The staff extremely helpful & friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The only suggestion I have is for plastic utensils & cups in the kitchen.
