Clean but no elevators. Front desk was very nice. Room assigned was all the way on the other side of the complex. With two bags and no elevator it made for a bit of a hike.

My Stay at Extended Stay America It’s very simple, I came to Extended Stay America in Reston VA after my lease was up in the house I was living in. I was looking for a place to live as well as looking for another job.
Easy check in and a very good location. Restaurants within easy walking distance.

After staying in a different Extended Stay, my expectations were extremely low. Upon walking in the front door though, I was greeted with a smile and with great service. The attitude of all three employees rivaled those of a Chick-fil-a employee. I would definitely come back. (It's definitely a budget hotel but I got more value than what I paid.)

The front desk woman was absolutely exceptional. Fantastic customer service and she really made me feel welcome. The room was clean appearance-wise but after I was there about 15 minutes I had an asthma attack I don't know if it was from dust or a chemical that they use to clean the room or a pet that was in there before. In the room was extremely hot when I got in there but after the air condition kicked in it was much better. It was quiet and I was able to get the rest that was very much so needed.
