The property said non smoking but the room smelled like cigarette. Not safe with the baby at all.

AVOID IT! Negative ROI I strongly urge you to consider other options before booking Reston's ESA. My two cents: AVOID it. Your ROI will be hugely negative. I experienced multiple issues, including safety, cleanliness, broken furniture, unhealthy conditions, and rude personnel. Please SEE the attached images. I am unsure if ESA corporate sends compliance and standards inspectors regularly, as there are at least 15 areas of improvement in a single stay. Rough people sre in these rooms. Woken up at 1:30 am by a number of people screaming and cursing. Very unpleasant.
Poor at best! The room was quite run down. Cabinets and drawers were broken, bathroom sink was stopped up, tub dripped heavily the whole time, etc. The room was not very clean. And the breakfast? There was no breakfast! Coffee and NutriGrain bars is NOT breakfast.
Old run down. Franchise needs to step up.
Bugs in the room. No pillows.
No option for zero stars A couple of good things first: sheets and towns were clean, and the mattress was comfy. The bad: no breakfast including coffee during breakfast hours. Had to request another room. First one stank bad. Second one was ok in this respect. No shower curtain in room. Generally not very clean. Conclusion: I would not stay here again. It is a run-down property with poor management. I mean, no spoons for oatmeal and front desk could not come up with one? Come on!
