A complete dump. Trash piled up in front of rooms. Hair on “clean” towels. Cabinets were all broken or chipped up. No utensils, glasses, anything…..for an extended stay. Other guests slamming doors all night. Stay away.
The staff was always helpful and responsive. The condition of the room's furniture was as expected given the low price. However, the cleanliness was subpar. We found several bugs during our stay, floor was dirty. They sprayed bug poison when requested, and tried to clean the room, but it wasn't up to normal cleanliness expectations. Not a place to stay for a family
We always have to fill, with one of garbage cans, full of water to flush the toilet. I am 75 and this was not easy. Water is heavy. And this was unnecessary. I spoke with several customers and they had the same issue When i went to check in, the general manager saw me but picked up a blue cleaning towel and started dusting. And I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. He speaks roughly to customers. As CFO for a company, I would not have him represent our company.
The front office person at checkin was not welcoming at all. I greeted as I walked, but he didn't reply and was very rude. The room over all was horrible. It stinks all the time something weird. Whoever was smoking weed, the weed smell was always in the room. There were bugs in the bathroom. They were supposed to provide cooking materials which are mostly unavailable when you request from the front office. In your website, you claim hotel provides breakfast. Horrible allí cancele y no me devolvieron el dinero.
I have stayed at this location several times and up until recently I have been satisfied. Its nothing super but it does have a kitchen, microwave and great fridge. The most recent trip highlighted some of the other comments I have seen. They had and have roaches in room 166 which also had a horrible smell as soon as I walked in. I figured Lysol and air fresheners by the AC and it helped. I didn't fuss as I work in construction. The one thing I dont do is roaches.
