Placed in smoking room with out knowing, reaked of smoke, hotel unable to accomodate chane to non smokong room
quite\n\nThey didn't have dishes in room paper towels etc... had to get those down stairs.The part I was most unhappy with is I stayed 7 nights and on day before check out is when they cleaned the room which made no sense.
Location\n\nThe original room assigned to me had dirty sheets and pillow cases. I was asked if I could change the sheets myself. I then requested another room if a staff member was unable to fix the problem. After an hour I was assigned another room.
Nothing. Literally nothing.\n\nHotel was disgusting, smelled like smoke to the point our eyes burned just standing in the lobby. We went to our room and found hair from the previous guest on the pillows, nothing was properly cleaned. We left immediately and got our money back.
The location was convenient\n\nThe hotel staff was very rude and unaccommodating. The first room was filthy and I refused to stay in it. I called the front desk asking to for a different room and was told they did not have any other rooms. So I called the corporate office & got moved.
The size of the room was nice, good location & friendly staff\n\nIt was a bad start from the beginning, no carts to get my luggage up so I had to make 5trips back and forth, following morning water pipe busted so not only did the fire alarm continuously go off all day but there was no water for a few hours & ect
Bed Bugs I wish I didn't have to give it any stars. I booked this hotel, last minute, and at a discounted rate. Upon arrival, the room had a very stale smell. Book elsewhere Where to begin? I try to be unbiased and as factual with my reviews as possible, so here are the facts: Continental breakfast is gone before 6:45 am. Staff doesn't maintain the coffee, granola bars, fruits, etc. so everyday the coffee was empty. Multiple guests mentioned this on my way out daily. Room service doesn't clean the room, only once...
