I would not recommend. Our key stopped working 5 put of 7 days. The grab and go breakfast was terrible. I asked for a room cleaning on two occasions and they said it was scheduled, but they never did it. We had to take our linens to the front desk and ask for clean. We had to take our trash to the front desk. The towels were dingy and scratchy.
Okay Location is great for Metro boarding to DC. No one at the front desk at check-in or check-out. Hallways/stairwells do not smell good at all. Exercise room has no sweat towels or sanitizer towels which we have never seen before. Room was slightly dirty upon arrival. No room service during the stay. Had to ask for extra towels and toilet...
This hotel is not worth the money This hotel was located in an industrial park, too far to walk to Metro or local restaurants. The street had no sidewalks or street lights. The room was not clean. We had to ask for clean sheets the night we checked in because the sheets on both beds were not clean (use imagination here). The hallways and parking lot were very dark as was the room -- even with every light on. Free breakfast was...
Never Again The price is right for Northern Virginia - but the apathetic staff's attitude, lackluster welcome, and the hotel's mediocrity make this a place to avoid. I'll get in to the apathetic staff, but, first I must relay a mid-May occurrence. I was awakened on a late Friday evening/early Saturday morning by an intoxicated guest who was was trying to get...
Poor quality of a hotel, compare to a small town $30 a night motel Poor quality of a hotel, compare to a small town $30 a night motel, but you'll pay over $200 a night here. I was going use a name brand Motel, but this place would do those "cheap" motels an injustice in a comparison. It has the lowest quality bed, linens, and towels, and they won't clean the room daily, apparently...
Location\n\nSmelled like smoke in the room, carpet dirty, sheets had cigarette burns, pillows old, towels worn, kitchen area falling apart. Did not try to use TV or any appliances. Large amount of in & out pedestrian traffic in halls and loitering in lobby and lot.
Not a good stay! The room was dirty it was hair everywhere the counter and table was sticky the shower made a really loud noise when you turn it on just not a good experience
Will not stay there again When we first checked in, the first room they gave us wasn't ready. The bed was not changed and there were still towels all over the place. The second room was ready, but it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The bed was so hard that it was...
filthy and disgusting room. The room was disgusting. Hand prints all over the headboard, mirrors, desks, tv, and appliances. Counters were grimey to the touch and the room smelled awful-nonsmoking. Additionally, the sheets and pillows smelled of grease, sweat, and mildew. I will not be returning there again.
