Given a key to an already occupied room! I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times on business to DC. Hate this hotel! When i arrived my room was sold.th My reservation that was made 9 hours prior was not honored.THe night auditor was rude, unhelpful, belligerent and constantly hid in the laundry room instead of helping me with corporate over the phone. Stuck in a smoking room. It was my fault that I accidentally booked a smoking room and when I checked in they didn't have any non-smoking room so I spent most of my stay mostly nauseous from the smell. The smell aside, the room was ok for a no-frills fairly cheap room.
the staff was nice, professional and check in was smooth\n\nthe rooms were not clean, sheets on one bed were stained and had stray hairs. Some of the furnishings were slightly damaged. Towels seemed dingy. We expected coffee in the rooms, ad said dishes and coffee pots would be included. They weren't in the room.
Not happy Not empressed! It snowed with ice, parking lot at front was not SAFE! Some areas were not clean.
