Was close to shopping mall, Target, restaurants.\n\nLack of basic amenities, shampoo/conditioner. There were no dishes, pans or any items to use in the kitchen. Kitchen was cook top only. Had to request towels, toilet paper every day. Staff was extremely rude. Was not close to metro as indicated.
kind of disappointed I came across some fake twenties and didn't realize it and pay for my hotel they called the police almost got arrested and they banned me from the hotel
The hotel didn't have the cook ware as advertised. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns. Mold in the bathroom. Manager wouldn't do anything about it.

Dirty Entire place smelled of smoke. Rooms not very clean
no so good Upon arriving at 11pm the front desk was closed up with a locked window, making me feel a little insecure about the location. I was disappointed with the breakfast, advertised as hot breakfast, prepackaged muffins and prepackaged oatmeal do not constitute a hot breakfast. Great location that was very convenient\n\nI didn't like finding cockroaches (living and dead) on the floor. The desk clerk aso gave me the 3rd degree as I was checking in-- another guest was hanging out at the desk and I felt uncomfortable and taken aback by all of the questions
