There is a stove.\n\nWhen I turned on the stove, the power of the room was off with a bang.I was scared. The only staff ask us to move from the two bed room into an one bed room with a brocken stove. She promised me a 20% discount. But she treatef me.
WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Worst hotel! I stay in hotels a lot being an Events Manager and I must say this was by far the WORST experience of my life. I would NEVER stay here again and I will advise everyone I know not to stay at this hotel.
I liked that they had fresh towels and hot water\n\nI didn't like the heat didn't work, they also sent me to a dirty room when I 1st got there. Also there was no manager or matinence on duty.
Only thing I like is Cleanliness of the room.\n\nI booked king size bed and once I reached at motel they gave me queen size bed. I showed receptionist my booking details and can't sleep with baby on queen bed.she told me, since you not book from Extended Stay America site no guaranty for king size bed
No toilet paper in their public bathroom, gave us a room that was not cleaned yet We only stayed here for one night and booked the room on tripadvisor. We booked a queen studio and when we got there, the girl told us there wasn't a queen available so we agreed to go for the king. Then after filling out the paperwork, she told us that the king was not available as well. She then proceeded...
Nice loaction, but filthy The location worked well for me. However, the rooms are stinky, dirty and disgusting. The pillows are old and yellowing. You can actually smell someones odor on the pillows. The room i was given at check did not have a proper functioning door lock. I assumed like many hotels the door would shut closed/locked with out additional help. I was...
NO Coffee! I thought I had read that there would be dishes and pots and pan, since it had a kitchenette, there wasn't even a coffee maker and NO cups anywhere! How do you expect someone to brush their teeth. I would not stay here again.
Somewhat Interesting Things should be explained to you, when you come in. Things like- what you do there for yourself, and what the hotel do for you. Shuttle service would help- for those who don'the have cars, because it's far away from the nearest supermarket. The Mall is right next to it. But walking- you have to go down dark streets and cross a highway to get to it. Very DANGEROUS
Not a good choice NO maid service in room the entire visit. My son was forced to go to the desk just to get towels, & half the time was told they were "being washed". They wouldn't give him extras so he wouldn't have to go down & ask daily. No working phone, which they knew but never fixed. They lied about the full...
