Stay anywhere but here. My brother picked this location sheer by its distance from the airport, which was also wrong. very very poor The hotel was ok. The room smell very smokey. And what you ask for when you get there they don't have at that site. If they don't have what you ask for, why did they say when you check in it will be in your room.
NEVER AGAIN This place is gross which is odd for the upscale area it is in, I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here again.
Not great When I called the front desk at this hotel to say there were two (dime-sized) holes in the bedspread, he seemed unconcerned. The "fresh scent" room was overwhelming. A previous occupant's soap was in the bathroom All in all, not what I expected from this brand of hotel. We will not choose to stay at this location again.

Horrible checkin wait, bugs in bed, loud This hotel is the worst i've ever been to here. Was asked to wait for 2hrs on a already reserved check-in. Was forced to get a smoking room instead of the reserved non-smoking due to over booking. Given wrong room key by college kid employee. Room smelt like trash. TV didn't work.
