Great Stay It was a great experience as usual.
I was given a very big room, as big if not bigger than most efficiencies, and was fully furnished kitchen area. Sara, at the front desk was so nice and a very pleasant person to deal with and was there almost every single day , making sure things were running good. It was very relaxing.

I wasn't really pleased with the cleanliness of the room or the era of the design choice. definitely needs to be updated.

I Like the location very quiet setting.. very pleasant staff, everyone was extremely helpful... my only issues was the hallways could use better lighting.. its very dark and kind of scary.. and it need a fresher scent.. it smelled very old and stuffy..

It was difficult to get help from hired staffwhen i needed help. The vending machine took my money and i reported it 3 times i was told by one staff they would pay me the money and retrieve from the vending machine company. But later i was told to find the number and call them myself. I was saddened by that statement and behaviour of 2 staff. Otherwise rooms and hotel in general were great. Cleaning staff very nice.

The hotel looks very nice and comfortable, but the rooms have very old carpets and a very musty smell. The bathroom with a very old and super dirty bathtub. The included breakfast is a fake , they only give you American coffee , a few packets of powdered chocolate and some pancakes , nothing else . Do not be fooled. I do not recommend it.

Wonderful Stay The administration treated us like kings and queen's on our stay. I highly recommend to book this hotel. I was very amazed on how big the rooms were it was almost like we never left home. Thanks 100%
