Elevator from parking was not working. The only place with a sign was on the bottom floor. By the time you walked down with your bags from the top you are really pissed. The TV was not bringing up any channels. A call to the desk resulted in nothing, but we will let maintenance know. I managed to hook the coax back up, so it works now. Sad.

The bathroom sink had no stopper control associated to the drain in the sink. I had to open and close the drain with my hands. The clock radio did not work at all. There was no bathtub so water from the shower could spill onto the bathroom floor and the brochure showed a robust choice of pastried which was not the case

No license no room no refund! I made this reservation for one of my employees as we were working in the area. Unfortunately he lost his drivers license and they would not let him check in without it. He had other forms of ID but without a drivers license there was no checking in. They said they would refund the stay through hotels.com but that did not happen. They marked the reservstion as a "no show" and refused hotels.com attempts to get me a refund that they said they would honor. This is not a hotel that we will be using... read more

Tired, run down, florescent lights, filthy carpets in common area, elevator in garage broken, poor room layout. The “breakfast” was a muffin or instant oatmeal, with no place to sit. View of the parking garage. Nothing inviting. Left after 5 minutes in the room. Too shabby.

The carpet was filthy. The room smelled like urine around the beds. There was no blanket on the beds, just decorative sheets. Mould around the tub. The water pressure to take a shower was bad. There was no remote control for the television, when I went to the front desk to report that there was no remote control, the girl stated “All you have to do is ask me for one.” Rude! Why did I come downstairs to tell her? Duh! The worst hotel I’ve ever been in & ive travelled the world.
