Amazing Service The hotel itself is out dated. The company needs to get new carpet or a very thorough clean, one of the building elevator and the parking elevator were out of order, there was a horrible smell within the hotel. BUT the service was SPECTACULAR. Amanda at the front desk very helpful! I had driven in from Houston, TX, (31 hours) with my husband, 9 yr old daughter and 4 yr old son and check in was quick and she gave us great suggestions. I just like the location of the place and its parking space. I worked with a hotel in Manhattan and i can assure u we dont have a parking

So so The elevator was not working on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The garbage cans on each floor was overflowing. The parking lot smelled like urine and needs to be more lightening. The staircases from the top floors of the garbage was very scary. The check in was superb, guest services was very pleasant.

Outside front plantings very nice. Garage messy, with floor one desperately needing a power wash and trash pickup. Room was clean, but did not have service daily. Room 709 was missing stoppers in sink and tub (probably true in every room!), and cover plate on ac was missing.
