Bad service Rooms were non smoking yet smelled like cigarette smoke in the elevators and all on that floor! Rooms we're unstocked. Room service said they we're low on linens so we had to wait for them to wash towels and fold them. We had to run down to front desk for everything we needed. I wouldn't stay here ever again not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed. The location was convenient and looked decent on the outside. Hello?? Is anyone available?? I regretfully have to report that the service is worse than poor...it just wasn't there at all. The poor new lady was asleep when we arrived and the hotel wasn't prepared for us and had no idea who we were. In addition, she was new and inadequately trained. All she said continuously was, "I don't know what to do". The entire process plus check-in took well over an hour. The establishment did nothing to reconcile the situation. Definitely will not return.

night away for a concert Well since it was extended stay it was nice that there was a full fridge and a nice little couch and table to eat at after the concert. Where the bed is was a little small and the TV was in a weird spot when you are in bed. My key card did not work at any of the doors when we got back around midnight luckily my husbands did work. REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE well, after calling to confirm my wife and I would be arriving late, when we finally got to the hotel, no one was in site. I waited I called I even hollered hello. nothing, nothing at all. and I was informed I would not be given a refund. this hotel is useless, customer service lies, and I would have probably hated to make it all the way to the room with the first impression I had

I don't stay here again I stay in Wichita a week out of every month for my job. This hotel is the worst I have stayed in . Dont be fooled by the listing its not even close to the airport. The front desk was busy flirting to check me in and my room had blood on the wall. I only stayed one of the three nights I booked and will not be going back.
Disappointed Pictures are deceiving. The carpet was stained. Dishes were in the dishwasher and had not been cleaned. However the staff was very pleasant and quick to help.
Stay Away From This One Although we had booked and prepaid for a room with 2 double beds, upon arrival at 9 PM, the staff told us that they had decided to change our reservation to 2 separate rooms that each have 1 double bed. Obviously, they were not aware that we had made the reservation that included 2 teenage children...not easy to split rooms that way but we made it work anyhow.
