Disappointed Pictures are deceiving. The carpet was stained. Dishes were in the dishwasher and had not been cleaned. However the staff was very pleasant and quick to help.

Stay Away From This One Although we had booked and prepaid for a room with 2 double beds, upon arrival at 9 PM, the staff told us that they had decided to change our reservation to 2 separate rooms that each have 1 double bed. Obviously, they were not aware that we had made the reservation that included 2 teenage children...not easy to split rooms that way but we made it work anyhow. UNCLEAN, UNCLEAN The foremost word that comes to mind about staying at this place is YUCK. It does have nice features for the price and the staff was quite friendly. That was nice. But the most important things I look for in a room is 1) it needs to be clean and 2) a comfortable bed. The floors looked swept. That's about the only positive thing I could say for cleaning. Nice people, bad room What would have been an average room for the price turned into a one star rating. The room had nice features, although clearly cheap quality. But, the price reflected that. What is the most important thing for me is cleanliness and a comfortable bed. This room was somewhere between dirty and filthy. I had to do some cleaning just to use the place. Mixed Clean and friendly but we were given smoking instead of requested non-smoking room, which they then switched for us. Complaint: pool only opens at 10 am, so useless for morning workouts in terrible Wichita heat. Then one day they did not bother to even open it till NOON, because someone forgot to test and put in chlorine. That day they would not even compensate for pool closure during stated opening hours by letting us us in the pool area to get a reclining chair out for sunbathing, since we could not swim. AC didn't work, pool not openand loud Our ac didn't work, which we didn't figure out until after we were unpacked and slept without one because they couldn't repair it until Monday, Finally, we got moved the next day to another room. The pool was not open and we had to call several times to complain of people running throughout the night yelling and screaming.

FILTHY!!! The vinly floors in the bathroom and kitchen were sticky and visibly dirty. I doubt they had been mopped in months! The carpets were also sticky and dirty. The online photos don't tell the entire story. If you do stay here, make sure to inspect the room before you agree to stay.

Ok I loved the kitchenette. The pool was clean. It was quiet. You pretty much have to do your own housekeeping and get your own towels. They charge for the wifi. Staff was nice but it was messy trying to check in even though I had reservations a month in advance. Overall ok. I would stay there again but I have stayed at better places for the same amount of money.

Never again This was probably one of the worst stays at a hotel that I have ever had. Getting locked out of my room for the whole night due to key malfunction and no front desk clerk really made my night, let me tell you. Not only did this happen, but when the woman at the front desk finally came into work (an hour and a half late), she gave me an attitude.
