booked and paid for a room thru Hotel.com When I arrived was told they were over booked . was forced to start looking for another room at 7pm.
Fair price for what you get, tool was large. Pull out bed had no bedding, stood in lobby for 20 minutes calling front desk, knocking, talking, never got a desk rep, caught her on our way out later and got sheets, asked for pillows and she said were in the closet but weren’t, came back down, waited again when she finally came back asked for pillows there was only one apparently. Hall smelled of nasty spaghetti. Received a complaint about a loud noise we made, but heard noise all night from others... there was a f**king cockroach that came out while my cousin was doing dishes - hideous. Y’all should step it up.. a little bit goes a long way.

I liked the kitchen in the room, but I had to go and ask for dishes and appliances that should have been in the room, plus there was no hair dryer to be found

This one needs to be Updated and new furniture carpet replaced smelled like smoke and like someone had a dog living in there and the toilet over flowed everywhere!!
