Disgusting...Wichita East Very dirty. Rude customer service. See photos. When staff was informed of deficiencies...I was asked to leave. Never cursed. Just stated the problems.
Dirty washcloth left in shower 95 degrees outside and the AC wss off in the room. Dirty smelling room, there was a dirty, dried, used washcloth still hanging on the shower rod.woke up and my back was hurting cause the bed wss uncomfortable. The staff was nice and it was in a good area

Don't stay here I booked a NON smoking room for my husband. He has allergies. He gets there and was given a smoking room. He was told that since I went through a third party, that couldn't be helped. I don't think so. Now the manager did give him a complimentary card that can be used at another location so the manager did try to make it up to him. But I will never book here again NOR will I book any groups here.
Nasty room. Dont Stay there!! There were condom wrappers left in the room. Maids did not clean very well at all
Wouldn't stay here again The furniture had big rips in them. Had a hard time checking in. Had to call the main office to get them to wake up someone at the Hotel. They had a hard time finding my reservation, Would never stay in this hotel again. Never no matter the price. The morning staff were helpful and nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel .location was in a good area. This review will never make it on Expedia .

Questionable clientelle Staff polite, room clean but run down, and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Other clientelle questionable.Thought it would be business type. Looked more like drug dealers and meth cookers and undocumented workers. Wont go back.

Not that great as advertised If you need a place just to stay overnight it's ok, but not for a long stay. We could hear steps on the floor above us. They never cared to come change the towels, we stayed there for 4 days. They also charge $100 for security deposit at check-in but release the deposit when you check out, if there is no damage.

HORRIBLE We got there at 11 pm after driving all day and the office closed right at 11. The night girl was in the office and made a big huff she had to check us in the room. We've never stayed at this hotel chain but it was right on our way so we booked it. Anyways, the staff was HORRIBLE RUDE to us! I will never ever stay at this hotel yet alone this chain.
