Great location The room is pretty spacious. For the price it's fine but don't expect anything fancy. Area is nice, lots of shopping centers.

Decent, but pricey for what it is. The hotel is nice enough, comfortable bed, etc, the cleanliness was sub-par, and the breakfast was a joke. When my wife cleaned up a small water spill on the vinyl floor in the kitchen area, it left the towel almost black. Not a good sign. Also, if your idea of "free breakfast" is packaged muffins and granola bars, you might be better off not even advertising it. Would've been a nice room at $70, but not worth $125. I will say the staff was top notch, for what it's worth.

Good, safe stay. The staff was very friendly and overall it was a good stay and we'd stay there again. On the negative the building is starting to get run down. We were missing the on/off switch on the lights by the bed, and we had to set the air at 66 in order to cool the room down decently- it wasn't the hottest month in Wilmington. That saying, it is close to get to attractions, the staff was great, it was safe, and clean. It's always a bonus to have a full size fridge. .

Great Time at this hotel. I have read reviews for this hotel, but I didn't want to form an opinion based off of someone else's experience. I have a great time at the Extended Stay. The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect. The phone in the room didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal to me. Anytime I needed something, I took the stairs to the front desk. (Staying fit is KEY). The front desk attendant was very polite and offered to give me a new phone.

2 star rates for a really nice hotel.... Everything was excellent, from the large room to the really really functional fridge ( I even bought ice cream!!) Great HD TV and very quiet, ice-cold AC. Plenty of well-lite parking spaces, WIFI was fast and reliable.

Shelter from the storm I have a homeless friend that needed a place to stay during Tropical Storm Hermine. He had stayed there before and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, they did not give us a hard time. He showed his ID, and I showed mine and then I paid for the room. Nice and easy, thank goodness! Experienced staff seemed to make a difference.
