Third Night I enjoyed my first 2 nights at this hotel so I decided to stay and pay the extra $20 instead of moving to a hotel in a better location (for me and my extended plans). The staff was great and would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking to stay a few days and need quiet time. I wasn't bothered and although I could hear people coming and going from their rooms it wasn't a big deal.

Good for the money We had a tournament in the area as a family of 5 rates and comfort are always an issue..we felt for the money everything was fine, the hotel needs to invest in more cookware but overall we will return next year...thanks

close to good resturants the room was OK but the dishes provided were dirty. Since we were only staying 2 nights, no maid service was available. However, while we were out for the day, someone came into our room and turned off the AC. We did not feel that to be necessary as it was in the 80s during the day. Also, when we returned to the room, there was a strong smell of smoke as if someone had been smoking in our room. We noticed it was very strong in the bathroom even after we were back in the room for a while.

Good Stay If you want a kitchen and a good price, stay here. Maid service is once a week, however, you can ask for towel refresh.

Great experience Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed - full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink and stovetop in the kitchen area. Room was spacious. Hotel is pet friendly with a.very.reasonable pet fee of $25. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional. The location was phenominal. We were within 10 minutes.of reataurants, UNCW, and downtown/river front. Would recommend.
