Adequate for our needs for one night Place seemed clean, staff was friendly. Room had a mini kitchen, table and utensils. I would stay there again. Overall pleased.

I was in and out. Not sure how helpful my review will be as I was just there for a one night stay. Had hoped to cool my heels at a pool when I got there, but they don't have one. Thought I had read there was one when I booked the hotel. No big deal. Room is nice. Cool little kitchen when you walk in the door. Nice firm bed, LG flat screen, internet was nice and fast (with the option to go faster if you cough up some money). There are laundry services down the hall should you need to do a load. Excellent value, friendly staff Excellent value for money. Clean spacious rooms. Staff where very helpful and friendly. The free grab and go breakfast provided plenty of choice with tea, coffee, porridge, muffins, fruit and cereal bars. Hotel is central with plenty of amenities in surrounding area. Only 10 minutes to downtown Wilmington and 15 minutes to the beach.

Third Night I enjoyed my first 2 nights at this hotel so I decided to stay and pay the extra $20 instead of moving to a hotel in a better location (for me and my extended plans). The staff was great and would definitely recommend this hotel to people looking to stay a few days and need quiet time. I wasn't bothered and although I could hear people coming and going from their rooms it wasn't a big deal.
