On day 2 there was roaches in room I informed from desk and was asked if I was checking out. There nothing available anywhere even here. They did comp me for 1 night while on night 3 was awaken with a bug crawling on me. There was PetSmart when it said no pets and clearly a lot of smoking on premises. Parking was plenty but so many large pickup trucks and 4x4's spaces was tight but how do you know who is guest and not. Would not recommend This hotel was pretty run down, red splater stains on the wall, bathroom door couldnt shut counter was broken, then outside homeless people everywhere, and groups of people standing around the cars smoking weed. We decided not to stay and just lose the money spent on the hotel.

Lacks cleanliness in common areas and the room. The floors were so dirty and my kids even found lumps of hair flying around in the room when we entered. Would suggest alternatives if they are better.

Took us 1hr to check in, standing while waiting. Breakfast was instant grits - to go. No good

My problem: no hair dryer, no coffee pot and supplies, couldn’t get internet! I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not have a hair dryer and coffee pot. Yes I know I could have called the front desk to get the coffee pot but, you have a studio kitchen! Why not have the coffee pot! And paper cups?

Ha! Hmm where do I start reservation cancelled at 430 am unbeknownst to me, so upon arrival I wasn’t able to check in. Hotel staff was very unhelpfu, didn’t even attempt to offer a solution. When I asked if I could just book directly, he attempted to charge me double the fee for a 1 night stay 114.99 plus 114.99 . The Hotels.com support was even worse also not offering a solution nor attempting to solve the problem but keep mentioning they could relate to my situation, that was laughable.
