What you don't realize when you start to rent here is that you're on an "internet special". I had a few boxes of documents that I needed climate controlled space. I believe it started out at approximately $30. A year later I was paying $95 a month mere 5 foot locker. Go figure. The other issue that was quite disturbing is that anyone can leave the place without a gate code. Not good. All of this said, Kyle was very nice and professional. I hope they appreciate their employees.

I've been to Extra Space twice -- once about eight months ago when I moved in, and again recently when I moved out since I no longer needed the unit. Both times, the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciated how easy they made everything. If I ever need storage again, I'll definitely be coming back to Extra Space!
Modern, clean and professionally run storage location. I left my car here for over a month. Manger Kyle was extremely helpful rectifying a billing snafu due to a misunderstanding. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and will use them again.

I had an oops moment! So many storage boxes fell against the door. It would NOT roll up. I bumped into Kyle, who was out cleaning up debris on property. I asked for help and shot right over! I deeply apologized and let him know I would call for help. Kyle did not leave me :) he pushed until the door opened up!! After HE got the door opened, he came back with a cup of cold water for me!!! I could not have done this without him and his determination for top customer service!! Thank you, Kyle!!
