If I could give this place negative stars I would!! First off they have nothing near the doors to keep them open so your suffering in heat trying to get in your storage unit that's the first problem. Secondly I found numerous bugs in my unit I'm talking crickets, cockroaches, ants, I even seen rats and mice running on top of the storage units so beware!! And then to top it off the rent hike they don't tell you about that happens just 4 months after you get your unit! DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON AUTOPAY!!! They will not refund you... read more

Stay as far away from this place as you can. Within one year my rate went from $91 to $173 due to "market conditions". Moved out and found somewhere more stable.

ATTENTION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS STORAGE UNIT. In the last 4 months our storage unit has been broken into twice. This second break-in, they stole half if not more of our personal items stored in the unit. Kyle, the manager, stated it was out his control and was insensitive about the situation. I feel material items can be replaced but our pictures which are a total of 30 year memories are all gone. Just got a raise in rent. JUMPED from $232 in $332 in one fell swoop!!! That's an even $100 and 43%. I'll be moving on ASAP !!! Beware!!! Just slightly over 30 days notice. Once they've got you back into a corner....greed reigns.

The Facility is clean. READ THE CONSUMER REPORTS ABOUT Extra Space Storage PRIOR TO MOVING IN. . I've been a customer for years and on auto-pay. The rates have gradually increased yearly overtime and I've leaned to expect this. Last month the increased my monthly rate by $80.00 with no warning. I found out after the charge hit my bank account. Beware! This place will raise your rate after 3 months I had my stuff at this facility for a little less than one year during which they had raised my rate twice , almost 50% . Another thing , my belongings were ruined by the excessive amount of dust. Think twice before leaving your valuable there , there are better facilities.

I agree 100% with Christina about this place being a joke. When I initially came the guy who helped me was efficient and nice and the price was okay, not great just okay. Then there were some change here and I regretted ever storing anything here. Firstly, they will raise your price on your unit within 3 to 6 months! I was told AFTER the fact that this is automatic. This place is an absolute JOKE! They literally are never here during their "open business hours", and literally do not answer their phone EVER as nobody is ever in the office, because they're busy with their own schedule, and they screen your calls as to how they are going to help you, then leave you standing outside there buildings in the heat, WHICH IS NOT OK, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WITH NO AC. Very clean establishment, professional staff and helpful. Great rates for units and priced fairly. The only issue I have is that We were forced to have to purchase insurance for our unit that covers theft fire and floods. I have used numerous company's in the past and have never had to purchase insurance. If anything give the option to decline it. To us it makes it look as if they are trying to make extra money on the monthly insurance add-on per month. This is something that is not in large print on their website if at all ... read more
