Love having business here! Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. I have so many space here for 3 years, so far I had no problems with lost and thief at all! It is a very safe place to store your stuffs without worry!
I was a little hesitant to give this place only 3 stars. At first I really like the facility and the people, the pricing wasn't too bad either. However, I went to visit my stuff after a month of storing it and it's completely covered in head to toe with dust. Everything inside the unit that isn't boxed is most likely ruined. For instance, my couches, tvs, etc. When I first stored my stuff at this facility it was off a promise that my belongings inside the unit would be okay. Renting with Extra Space Storage has been great! Getting me set up with a unit without signing up for a long contract, a simple month to month plan! Dario was awesome making it simple and quick, also helping me narrow down what size of unit I would exactly need. Theyre hours are very convenient and have great security features. I rented a climate controlled unit over the phone. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They care about your junk! A couple of times I thought I locked my unit until I got a phone call the next day informing me to the contrary. I then knew they did security checks. The place is immaculate, well maintained.
Dario Maciel was very friendly and helpful. He showed us to the storage space and made sure it was adequate before finalizing the reservation. The storage space appears to be very clean and safe.
