We had to put our entire lives into storage for a few months while moving, I was a nervous wreck. Extra Space couldn't have been a better choice. Staff was super friendly, the location is great (right off the 111), had an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. It was quick and easy set up over the phone. Very descriptive instructions on gate code abs location of my unit! Also very clean and easy to access. Definitely recommend

I went to Extra Space Storage to rent a storage space, Kailey was there to greet me. She was very neat and clean, very knowledgeable very polite.The office was very neat and clean and organized, they have all the packing supplies you could ever need. Kailey was helpful and understanding with my needs. Kailey explained the procedures with the security gate, the time's you can access your storage. Kailey gave me a map showing me where my storage room is. I would use them again if I needed a storage space...

I sold my house and had to move quickly, I got a unit that I thought would be big enough but upon arriving it was to small, I went in and talked to Kyle and he helped me immediately and was so friendly in getting me a bigger size right away.

Great clean lockers and easy access to personnel there. Just an excellent place to store your things in my opinion. Dealt with manager Kyle and asst manager Diana, and both were very helpful to me. Would recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Kyle's service at the La Quinta location of Extra Space Storage. There was an unfortunate error on the part of another employee which caused me to lose an RV spot that was being held for me until a specified date. When I went to finalize the contract on that date the space had been given to someone else and there were no spaces left. I was furious because the employee had actually talked me out of paying for the space on the reservation date, saying that I didn't have my RV yet and th... read more

Best storage facility ever. I have had a dozen units throughout the years and this is by far my favorite. The staff is always pleasant and go above and beyond to be helpful. Always greeting me when they see me. I would highly recommend to rent here.

This is the second time we have utilized EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. We returned because we had good service the first time and this time our experience was even better, Diana helped us to select a unit based on the description of our needs.she was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Her even temperament made her great at interfacing with customers. Samantha the Assistant Manager was extremely kind and helpful to this stressed out senior. She has gone out of her way numerous times to help me. She patiently showed me about and answered all of questions. The facility is very clean ~ I envied the inside storage halls. Security appears to be top notch as you even enter your personal code to get out. The manager Kyle, who has also cheerfully assisted me, lives upstairs of the office so there is a constant presence.
