Today I rented a space from Dario and Jay at Extra Space in La Quinta. I couldn't have asked for two better people in Customer Service to assist me with me needs. Professionalism all the way! From my first phone call with James, to signing of my contract with Jay, my experience with Extra Space Storage was top notch! We are just moving to LaQuinta and I had lots of questions! Jay was patient and very helpful, not only with my storage needs but also of the area in general.

We were there on the hottest day of the year but you'd never know it by the actions of the employees. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. The pricing is excellent. storage secure and clean , and the hours of egress are very good. I recommend them highly

Ever since Extra Space Storage bought this storage facility we have been greatly impressed. The new site manager Mr. James Frost, no relation to old man frost, has just been exceptional. He has been diligent in working to improve every aspect of this business. Please keep up the great work.

James, the District Lead was knowledgeable and enthusiastic making sure I had all the information I needed when I inquired about RV parking. The grounds were clean and swept, the office was tidy and the employees were also helpful; especially Yuri. The pricing was very reasonable and the hours for ingress/egress are very suitable to my needs.
