Rafael and Angel provided an exceptional customer experience as a current customer switching to a smaller storage unit. Rafael offered information on the phone while Angel assisted me twice in person and completed the transfer. Angel was patient and kind, and clearly communicated each step of the transfer process. Huge thanks for making this process a lot less stressful than I had anticipated.

I just switched to this site and the customer service was great they even helped me find a storage unit with a good deal going to help me save money and alot of places don't go out of their way like that since it was so last minute and I appreciate them keeping in contact with me I really feel comfortable with my things being storage their thanks Extra space storage on Katella and state college for being so easy and nice !

Jennifer has amazing customer service and never felt rush was very attentive and answered all my questions with a smile and great attitude. Been shopping around for storage units. This place has great customer service, and good prices. I spoke with two different individuals, and they were actually very helpful. ANTHONY and TRAVON excellent customer service!
Great experience! Jennifer was truly helpful in helping me pick out the right unit for me. We drove around inspecting a few of the units that were available before deciding. The uploading process was easy and got me on my way quickly.
