From the moment I called and spoke to Josh, each employee has exceeded my expectation! I was out of town on and off for several months and every time I called with an inquiry, the staff was patient, helpful and made suggestions that were beneficial to me, not just their business! I rented a storage space today I thought for sure I was going to be calling every where trying to find a good price I went online made a reservation came in checked it out and got an awesome deal. I'm extremely pleased. Eddie was very friendly yet professional. I would recommend this place to everyone. Excellent service excellent price.

It was very easy to get a reservation here and Josh and Eddie were most helpful in my decision as to the size I needed. It is conveniently located and has easy access to the units. The only thing I would suggest is having lighting IN the units. I have a back unit and going from sunlight to dark was hard to see at times. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the location, security and easy access roads.

"They increase rent just about every 4-6 months at this location." All Aboard Storage was the name of this storage facility before Extra Space Storage bought them out. Prior to the buy-out (2012), rental increases were very rare. Now with Extra Space -- RENTAL INCREASES -- have happened to us 6 times in 3 years. YEARS!!! Unless you are desperate for storage, do not believe their "enticing" online specials will last. They increase rent just about every 4-6 months at this location. Getting a reservation here was fast and easy. Josh and Eddie have been very friendly and helpful, getting me just the right unit(s) that I needed. The facility is very conveniently located, with easy access to all units, wide roads, good security. It's so much better than any other storage place I've tried in the past. I highly recommend them, and will definitely come back with other storage needs in the future!

Great facility and fantastic Customer Service all around from the inital callback after I made my reservation online to the end experience on check-in day. Josh was awesome with us, very informative and professional. A young lady also called me via phone but I forgot her name, she was very kind and helpful with all my questions I had. Within one minute of confirming my reservation on their website I received a call from Wendy. She called to ensure my reservation was correct and to answer any questions I had. I arrived later that day, meeting both Wendy. who was extremely helpful and very friendly. The units are all on one story, very clean, and very convinient. I've will recommended Extra Space Storage to both family and friends, all due to their great attitudes and service.
