Be careful how they bait you in for a low rate then 2 months later they more than double. My rent went from $102/mo to $255/mo.

Save yourself some time and find somewhere else. This location as many other offer incredible monthly rates to get you in. Then within three months they more than DOUBLED my rent for a 10 x 5 unit from $72 to $158 per month! I politely called the store manager and offered to pay cash up front for the next year if he could keep my monthly rent the same. No dice. Such a rip off.

I have called multiple times to try to cancel a unit I have never used and they refuse to call you back and they continue to charge. They refuse to answer any phone calls and the answering machine says that a manager will call you back as soon as possible. Don't hold your breath as that will never happen! The facility smells and the climate control building can not handle the heat during summer time. I was requesting a refund because they put me in a drive thru unit and i requested climate control unit with the online specialist. I did not even move to the unit yet not even 24 hours and they said they can not refund the admin fee. Don't go to this location. They give you a price at first and two three months later they increase the price by $50! Every so often why do yo must ask no one knows it's bs and I asked will my rates change before signing the contract! It's not just location it's extra storage company! Be aware!!

Several storage units were broken in to at this facility - one if them mine. Their hours are reduced due to construction making it easier for thieves to access the units than the renters. You can no longer enter through the (steel) front gate with an access code - but rather through a chain link fence on a side street - which is evidently as easy to cut through as the hasp on my unit. Rent has now been raised by over $100 in the last 8 months, most recently from $235 to $271. Still having the same rat shit in my unit issues. Nothing has changed with the "new" management. Fortunately, I'm finally getting out of this facility next week. Please, dear God, if you're looking for a storage unit to rent RUN don't walk AWAY from this place.
F**k this place the construction workers don't give two f**ks about the people actually paying to use the storage 4th f****n inside the I have with one of the construction workers while I'm going for May tools that's in MY unit I pay for smh looking for other storage places around fuck this I don't pay $300 a month for this crap
