Office personnel is very service-oriented and knows the policies. I certainly trust him. Pricing is not inexpensive but I think that's the area. My only complaint (and not within ESS's realm) is some of the tenants are way too self-centered: they park without consideration for others who may also be trying to load or unload and they do not return the carts to the storage areas so that others can use them. This is the best and friendly people that work there the only thing that I can say bad is sense the pandemic they started my rent there at over $250 and now they raised my rent to 288.10 and that makes it even harder for me to make ends meet. I am a disabled veteran on a very fixed income and I only have a 5×10unit
