+1 for Kirk! He is pleasant, professional, and always working to keep the facility clean. He manages the crowd well when the office gets busy. And he answers every question thoroughly. As for the facility, I stored my things for about a year and never saw any indication of pests. My unit was small, but the hallway lighting was more than sufficient to see what was stored. Just adding to the already copious amount of great reviews of this place. A++ customer service - the staff and manager are always above and beyond friendly. Reasonable prices given this area and a very well kept facility.
Kirk was very helpful in explaining how it all worked and showing lots of units - thanks! Would be great if they fixed the gate so that anyone can’t just drive up to the doors but otherwise quite pleased.
