Good management, and easy access to whole facility. Very cleanly aswelll for a storage facility and well maintained.

I needed a space to store some of my belongings while finishing a contract in Palo Alto. I spoke w/ Kirk & he was very accommodating. Came in today to start the rental & of course met Kirk who is a helpful. All in all I feel safe & secure leaving my stuff.

Kudos to Kurt & Josh who made it possible and easy to arrange for a storage unit for my brother's international move to the US. Everything was done electronically and they allow boxes to be shipped prior to his arrival. Friendly and kind, highly recommend.

I've been using this storage facility for years and it has been a great experience. They've always been responsive and detail oriented. Rommel (Rom) is very professional and helpful. I strongly recommend using Extra Space Storage on E Bayshore in Palo Alto!

Easy convenient location, set up everything will take you 10 min, very professional and helpful employee! I'm renting a small closet and it's affordable for the area easy parking in front go in and out in No time. The only reason it's not a 5 stars is the number of parking spot in front to access the small storage area (2 parking spots only).

Alicia, the store manager, was extremely helpful in advising us on our options. We've had a large unit for four years and realized that our stuff would actually fit in a unit half that size (and less than 1/3 of the cost!) and she made the transition seamless. She's got great customer service skills in addition to keeping the place spic and span.

Jovita was very helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also in a pretty good spot by the main highway, so easy for me to get in and out of there when I need to.
