Desiree rented me a unit this morning .she was helpful and it went really fast.i originally. Was supposed to rent a unit down on eastbayshore at public storage but no one was in the office when i arrived with all my belongings.so i drove down the way a little .pulled into extra space.the rest is history

So I'm a dummy and I lost the key to the lock on my storage room, but luckily, Jovita is a master lock terminator. She dropped what she was doing and immediately helped us. Very grateful and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and friendly faces!

This is a well-managed storage facility and very clean. I would recommend it highly to anyone. We have been using a locker for six years. Before that, we used Public Storage in Mountain View and the place kept having break-ins and the hallways are dirty. Advice, try Extra Space storage.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the facility. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like a friend with kind and personable service. The facility itself is very clean and very well kept. I am very comfortable leaving my belongings there. They have far exceeded my expectations and continue to do so. I highly recommend this location!!

Well, I stored in this place for 2 months. First month was free, although they add some insurance + admin processing fee. It was $29. Next month was $55. A couple of points they should have mentioned were that insurance is added every month for $9 and that the first month is not *really* free. Anyway, it looks like some of the long-term storage users had some problems, but for short-term, I think this place is a good bet. I really loved this place. I needed to store my stuff for two weeks as I moved, and it was a good experience. The business was very accommodating: the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and there are plenty of carts to help move your stuff. I also felt that my belongings were very safe, secured behind a code-access gate and under the watch of a number of security cameras. The elevator need improvement I pay $500 every month and I can't get to my unit because the elevator is always out of order. And then the guy in the video think I just pay $500 a new month just to move my stuff out the unit which don't make any sense to me. Every time I go to get something from my unit the elevator is always out of service like McDonald ice cream machine literally. I'm getting over charged and they not using that money to put in for a new elevator. Instead they put the money in the pocket because this elevat... read more

The elevator never work and my storage unit is on the second floor so when I go and take my stuff to the storage and the elevator doesn't work I have to turn back around and take my stuff back home and wait until the owner call me to let me know they got the elevator working. They charge me an arm and a leg for a unit and the facility elevator doesn't work. They really need to get new elevator or something.
