So I'm a dummy and I lost the key to the lock on my storage room, but luckily, Jovita is a master lock terminator. She dropped what she was doing and immediately helped us. Very grateful and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and friendly faces!

This is a well-managed storage facility and very clean. I would recommend it highly to anyone. We have been using a locker for six years. Before that, we used Public Storage in Mountain View and the place kept having break-ins and the hallways are dirty. Advice, try Extra Space storage.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the facility. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like a friend with kind and personable service. The facility itself is very clean and very well kept. I am very comfortable leaving my belongings there. They have far exceeded my expectations and continue to do so. I highly recommend this location!!

Well, I stored in this place for 2 months. First month was free, although they add some insurance + admin processing fee. It was $29. Next month was $55. A couple of points they should have mentioned were that insurance is added every month for $9 and that the first month is not *really* free. Anyway, it looks like some of the long-term storage users had some problems, but for short-term, I think this place is a good bet. I really loved this place. I needed to store my stuff for two weeks as I moved, and it was a good experience. The business was very accommodating: the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and there are plenty of carts to help move your stuff. I also felt that my belongings were very safe, secured behind a code-access gate and under the watch of a number of security cameras. Warning. DO NOT RENT HERE. Rented a small 5 x 10 storage unit for $90/mo in November 2023, by Feb 2024 they increased the rent to $190/mo. Beware that they can increase your rent as much as they want right after move in. Currently (as of 4/23/24) website lists this unit as $101/mo. Shady business here. Would recommend choosing somewhere else for storage solutions. Update 7/25/2024 - I did not have the time to move my stuff out of my unit and just received another rate increase to $275/mo. I rented a unit here with the internet rate. This was not a temporary rate. After six months the cost of the unit doubled. Absolutely no integrity as a company. The staff are very professional.

Overall good experience but bait and switch pricing. Bought into a unit at $157/month and after 2 months they increased the rate to $238/month.
