Great service. Very efficient and a great staff. Jovita is awesome! The units are good size and the entire place looks secure.
This is a very secure unit, gated with lots of cameras. My unit is on the inside high seems to be built like a bunker. If a nuclear bomb was to hit, this is where I would run to. The customer service is top notch, they are very informative, knowledgable and probably the best customer service I've had in a while. Jovita was the one that helped us and she goes above and beyond to make sure are needs were met. I highly recommend this place. Oh before I forget this place had the best prices around.
Jovita gave me excellent service at Extra Space storage at 999 E Bayshore, Palo Alto. She showed me the unit and how to access the gate and inner door, showed me where the light switches are (VERY IMPORTANT!!!) and kindly took her time to add access for my son and to explain the lease agreement. I highly recommend Extra Space, and be sure to ask for Jovita!
Great overall experience. Desiree (I believe that's her name) was very pleasant and professional from beginning to end. The facility was very well maintained and felt secure, plus, the actual storage unit was very clean. I rented for only one month, so can't reference the reviews from others who mention issues with longer term leases.

Been a customer for years . always GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to stop by to put a few items in storage and saw the manager and assistant out on the grounds. Greeted me and asked if I needed any help ! Always clean , friendly and safe. Highly recommended ! Thank you ladies !!!!!!!

Desiree rented me a unit this morning .she was helpful and it went really fast.i originally. Was supposed to rent a unit down on eastbayshore at public storage but no one was in the office when i arrived with all my belongings.so i drove down the way a little .pulled into extra space.the rest is history
