Prices are good considering the close distance to the Bay Area. Also the People who work here are very nice. Storages are clean.

I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage! The manager Eric was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful-- his customer service was outstanding! The facility was close to my house, clean, safe and inexpensive. It was a great experience!

This is a very convenient location, and the staff has usually been helpful. The facility is usually kept clean, and it feels safe overall. The drive up to your units on ground level is convenient compared to storage places that require elevators to reach units on different levels. The biggest concern is the large $$$ increases in rates that can occur, in order to match "market value" so If you get a great sign up rate, you can expect that your rate will increase dramatically. I honestly had to update this review ..... like any customer I was indeed upset by the 40% price increase after being there just 2 months. Upon leaving I have to take the time to acknowledge the fact they are working with me . Irene ( I believe that was her name?) in the office is trying to help me leave with no additional cost even tho with all this rain it's taking me a couple extra days. I did enjoy the great customer service that David and Elaine provided while I was a customer at this extra space storage. I always felt like my belongings were safe while they were stored here. David was constantly overlooking the property and stayed on site a lot. The app was always easy to use and I would recommend this site.

The people who manage the facility are what makes this facility a good deal. Sure, you can find cheaper storage, but David, Dominque and Sue have treated us like family. Always patient and accommodating, they have never failed to disappoint. They're worth their weight in precious metal.
