Great customer service. I reserved a storage unit online (only one or two left of that size) and then hopped in my car to do the paperwork. Vickie Maldonado was prepared to greet me and show me the available unit, which was clean, overhead lighting operable, door opened smoothly, etc. Vickie and other staff person were pleasant and very helpful. In the past six months I have had to rely on your services in three different units. Not only is your establishment very well-maintained but the staff there is very friendly and I can always find them on site. Thank you for keeping everything so clean and organized. I completely trust your facility and feel safe using your storage units. I'm sure you will see me again soon.

Throughout my life I have had to use many storage units at various times. I have used some of the top names like: Public Storage, U-Haul Storage, US Storage and Mini U Storage, among a few other smaller private facilities. Super easy, friendly. Was my first time having to use a storage unit. It's easy to use. They have drive up small storage units but even if u don't get the drive up for the small units, The units that do not have drive up access are considerably close to the drive up. So no long hallways like I've seen at other storage units.

As soon as I loaded my unit the next month I got a letter in the mail that my price is going to more then double. I called and complained they took me back to the first price. A few months later I received another letter in the mail with the same more then double increase in rent. Called again and they said sorry can't do anything about it. Dont rent here they will double your rate after you do all the work to load up your unit.

Our unit got infested with rats and we only store clothes and furniture there. We had to throw them all away which was about $1000 in damages.

after readiing the review below im glad i listened to my gut. the manager eric wanted to know the value of the contents and told me i had to have my own insurance. (and i do)...red flag. set up for theft. and he was extremely rude went to another place nearby. not only did they not ask content amount, but they have insurance and owner lives on premises.

If you have anything valuable please save yourself from renting here. Not only do the lockers get broken into but you can literally push them open with the locks still on and open them. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not only did mine get broken into twice but the cameras don't work most of the time or they are only live. Then when it's closing if you are inside the gates before the closing time then you can basically be in there for as long as you want.
