Great customer service and I loved that I was able to do everything over the phone, they text me my unit # and gate code and I had a brand new lock waiting for me in the unit. I highly recommend extra space storage!
Staff is great. Place is so overrun with vermin. I have two units, one on each side, obviously zero food. Rat scat on everything. TWICE dead rats in front.
clean and safe. however if you had direct payments set up you should keep an eye on your bank statement after signing up for direct payment " this will save you 5 dollars a month ".without notice my rent was increased 50% .$80.00 per month. I am no longer at Extra Space. SCAMERS
