Extra Space Storage was really great and easy to work with to rent a storage unit; very friendly and accommodating. They will even pro-rate your final month's rent if you let them know your move out date in advance. And they reply and send you your documents right away.

Vicki, the manager was sincerely nice to my mom and sister and couldn't have been more accommodating. It's cool to experience great customer service this day and age. I've had lots of storage room experiences a lot bad and some good but none that were this great and welcoming. On top of this, the prices are great but I'd pay more to have this experience. Thank you Vicki!

With all the drama ad set backs from this Covid19 not having a place to live has been a hassle. A good storage unit has been difficult to find. I came to Extra Space Storage. Was sad because no one was in the office but a sign said you could call for assistance. Vicky came right away and helped me out quickly n was so sweet. I recommend to anyone in need for storage. Come see Vicky!!!!!!!

Didn't need a storage unit anymore, so I just closed my account...easy process & a confirmation was emailed immediately completing our business. My experience was good in every way; friendly staff (Vickie manager,) clean facility, I always felt safe, the unit options are varied & they had exactly what I needed at a competitive price.

We did a little research on storage rental prior to going to Extra Space Storage and decided the first months rent would come in handy. The whole process was easy, Vicki the storage manager showed us our different options and had every option available, which was very important. Vicki was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and organized. The units were clean and no signs of pests. Easy access to the unit with 24 hour security. Highly recommend this place to store valuables.
