I really wanted to have a good experience renting a storage unit from them. They were courteous and professional in setting up but unfortunately there was a break in my storage unit. I found over $1000 of my property stolen from my unit and even found stolen property from another customer here in my storage unit. Scammers. They advertise a low price to get you in the door, then increase your rate by 25% 6 months later. Don't be fooled by there advertisement, it's all false.

The people who run this place are very unprofessional. I called to cancel my space after removing my belongings. They continued to bill me. When I called the facility, "Gabby" hung up on me when I tried to explain to her my prior conversation and the fact I was told the space was cancelled. I called back four times before she answered the phone. She admitted hanging up on me and said I interrupted her. It was actually the other way around. Very frustrating and deceiving with their ads they expressed fifty five dollars a month I go down there to take care of paperwork then they expressed to me there's gonna be more than $55 a month because they want me to buy their insurance for theft insurance for earthquake and saw one of which would've brought my monthly up over $30 on top of the 55 very frustrating and loses the lack of trust
This place is awful. We have had a storage unit there for three years because of a move. We were finally able to get out of there this past week. Its a scary place to go to alone as there are so many transient people coming and going on bikes that seem to be living in the units. We have complained in the past but nothing seemed to change. If you have money then it's awesome aside from the homeless population that seems to reside throughout the storage facility. I rented a small storage unit approx. 4' x 14'. They rented it to me as a 5 x 15. Oh well I'm not gonna get all technical over that. Go ahead and put your cherry on top. I rented it about three years ago for $78 a month with a discount the first month like they all do. Now maybe I've been lazy or ignorant for the past few years but every year they raise the rent.
