Tanya is simply the best! She's so helpful with a positive attitude. Had a few issues with my unit (nothing big) and she fixed it right away for us! Thank you so much!

Tonya was super friendly and paid great attention to detail. I've been renting around for storage units for a while now and she was by far the best representative. Pricing is also great and fair, definately do recommend renting a unit at this location

The manager, Tanya, at the Fallon Facility was very helpful, she called me back several times, answered very quickly via email, and held my reservation a few extra days, and was very responsive! Definitely more than what I expected from a storage facility. Facilities very nice, easy to get in and out, they had a dolly right by the elevator, and the unit was clean and a lock was as promised on the door. Nothing to complain, great service - and everything worked out great!!

Easy to reach and very clean location. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. SJ reached out a few times to make sure my move was smooth and to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this location.

Great people run this location. It is clean and cared for. When I've been there I have seen the managers checking the buildings in person. They are helpful with figuring things out and have been very straightforward with costs and timelines.

if your wondering why this space has so many stellar reviews, and each mentioning LaTanya --- well it's because she is really that kind, that professional, and extremely helpful. She made our office move out into the storage unit easy. I was able to focus on other details and not worry about staff and vendors accessing the unit, and it being locked up properly afterwards. Give this lady a raise, a promotion because her commitment to the job is invaluable.

Hands down this is the best storage place in the Bay Area. The 2 main reasons are proximity to Jack London Square/Freeways & the most important reason being the amazing customer service that LaTanya provides. LaTanya is literally the best! She is the epitome of what great customer service should be like. Anyone in the service industry should take notes from her because she makes you feel at home right when you step in.
