The worst bait and switch business model I have ever seen. I had a reservation for a 10x20 down the street which actually was two 10x10 units that didnt work for me since I had large items that wouldn't fit....nor did I want to buy an extra lock or try to organize a two different spaces. Since their facility down the street had a 10x20 unit I had to ask them to honor the price and reservation They said no and wanted double the price that I had made the reservation for. This is a nice facility - clean, pleasant manager and employees - no bad experiences. The only thing that bugs me - and loses them three stars - is that after your initial contract expires, they raise your rates. Often - and a lot. A few years ago we rented a 10'X20' space to house some large and heavy woodworking tools that we don't have room for anymore. They will be hard to move but that's what we will probably end up doing.
