Star was our representative. She was patience, very informative, and sweet. She made us feel so comfortable even so that we were going to go look at another storage unit with extra storage in another area that we came right back to the one on Coldwater because we were so comfortable.

Extra Space Storage in North Hollywood is a very clean facility, accessible, easy to use, and competitively priced! We rented there for 2+ years and were always happy with both the facility and the service - whenever we needed assistance. Paul (the Manager) was especially helpful, and always friendly & courteous. After calling around all day looking for a particular storage place, Teshia the lady from the facility in Van Nuys made a reservation for me at the location in North Hollywood. I came in contact with Paul and Estrella, both of them were very helpful over the phone and once we got there, Paul was very polite and courteous. The place is very clean and well maintained and the price competitive. Highly recommend this facility.

The staff is super helpful and extremely nice. Their storage is also super economical and take payments in advance so I really liked their customer service. Overall such a great experience!

I'm happy to have found this place to bad it wasn't my first choice because I was turned away by attitudes and unfriendly behavior from the Self Storage Facilities in the area my 3rd choice was this place thanks to people like Paul we found what we were looking for and I'm very appreciative for his bubbly personality and understanding very clean facility reasonable prices and I recommend anyone looking into a storage to come here first thanks again Paul !!!
