I'm happy to have found this place to bad it wasn't my first choice because I was turned away by attitudes and unfriendly behavior from the Self Storage Facilities in the area my 3rd choice was this place thanks to people like Paul we found what we were looking for and I'm very appreciative for his bubbly personality and understanding very clean facility reasonable prices and I recommend anyone looking into a storage to come here first thanks again Paul !!!

Extra storage really helped me through my move when I needed a place to store my things last minute. They gave me the best deal In the valley and I plan to continue using this space in the future. April really helped me out and was extremely nice and informative about the space. Talk to her if you need anything!

I've been at this storage facility half a dozen times in the last few weeks. I really appreciate April and her willingness to accommodate me! I was renting a much larger unit but when it was time for me to move back in a smaller unit I reached out to her. She was able to find a storage unit close by so I wouldn't have to lug my stuff too far. Moving is very stressful and she made the process much easier. I appreciate her flexibility and customer service skills! Thanks much! KC

This is a long overdue review. The manager Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the process painless. The facility has only outdoor storage (access from outside) and is easy to access. The placement of the entry access machine is a bit unfortunate. You have to get out and punch in your code or if you have a passenger, they can do it. But I understand the space limitation and the the layout constraints. I would have liked 24hr access due to my work hours (not many places have that option) but it does close ... read more

I was in a bad situation , needed a storage space fast . Paul and Gabby were amazing . I went in out of breath from moving . I was stressed out and hadn't eaten in 7 days . Gabby immediately gave me water and calmed me down . They were attentive and explained everything knowing I was so scattered because I was in a high stress situation .. I have never experienced service like this from a storage place . Thank you Paul and Gabby !

Clean and friendly environment. Caterina was very kind and professional the whole entire time. She demostrated knowledge and and mainly had lots of patience. We're please with the service provided. WAY TO GO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Paul, the Assistant Store Manager, if very friendly and knowledgeable about everything related to storage units. He was very professional and made us feel like we were properly being taken care of. We look forward to our experience storing items at this facility.
