Wow! What can I say about this place! In my six months with this place I had my lock changed/replaced twice (w/o any due notice to me). As one email came AFTER they had already took my lock off and replaced it with their own less secure version and w/the the manager Ken telling me "we sent a letter out to you" which was NEVER received (when they had my email address and direct phone number on file). Extra Space storage is the worse storage co. Ever. They will no longer get my business. I pay over $100 a month and receives lousy customer service. Ken Arnold at location, 7400 Coldwater Canyon, North Hollywood, CA is the worse manager ever. He's very disrespectful, he belittled me, he even threatened to evict me even though my bill is paid and current. They also decided to put a red lock on my unit without informing me, after having a nice conversation with the corporate office, they told me I should have been informed. Ye... read more
Now they've removed the lighting in storage areas. The gates stay open til 10pm but you can't see a damn thing in the darkness.
